Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

You may hold only one account, use your real identity, and provide accurate information. You may not use ThaiHalo if we have previously banned you or if the law prohibits you from doing so.

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and account secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

You may add an optional verified email to help secure and recover your account.

ThaiHalo is a dating and social introduction service for adults. It is a place to meet people for relationships, dating and friendship.

ThaiHalo is NOT a marketplace for any form of paid companionship or sexual services. Buying or selling sex or sexual services through ThaiHalo is strictly forbidden.

You agree not to use ThaiHalo to offer, solicit, arrange or advertise commercial sex, escorting, prostitution, or any paid sexual or companionship service, whether directly or by hint, code or off-platform contact.

You agree not to: harass, threaten, bully or hate on anyone; post nudity or sexually explicit content; impersonate others or create fake profiles; involve anyone under 18; share content that is illegal, violent, or promotes self-harm; run scams, spam, or off-platform selling; or collect or misuse other members' information.

You agree to treat other members with respect, to be honest about who you are and what you are looking for, and to follow our Community Guidelines.

Full rules are set out in our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.

You keep ownership of the photos, text and other content you post. You give ThaiHalo a limited, worldwide licence to host, display and share that content within the service so we can operate it for you and other members.

You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it. Do not post anything you do not have permission to use.

We may review, remove or restrict content and may warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these Terms or our Community Guidelines, to protect our members.

Photo verification helps confirm members are real, but a verified badge is not a background check. ThaiHalo does not conduct criminal background checks. We cannot guarantee the identity, intentions or conduct of any member.

Your safety is your responsibility. Meet new people in public, tell someone where you are going, and never send money to someone you have not met. See our Community Guidelines and Support page for safety tips.

ThaiHalo offers paid features such as ThaiHalo Premium (a subscription) and SuperSwipes (a consumable). Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) or the app store you purchased through.

Except where the law gives you a refund right, digital purchases and used consumables are generally non-refundable. Local consumer protection rights, including for users in Thailand, still apply.

ThaiHalo is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running well and safely, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that you will find a match.

We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, whether online or offline. You interact with other members at your own risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ThaiHalo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your account if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect ThaiHalo and its members.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use ThaiHalo after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
