Community Guidelines
Last updated: July 2026
ThaiHalo works when people feel safe, respected and free to be themselves. These Guidelines explain what we expect from everyone. Breaking them can lead to content removal, warnings, or a permanent ban.
1. Be real
Use your own photos and honest information. No fake profiles, impersonation, or pretending to be someone you are not. Getting photo verified helps others trust you.
2. Be respectful
Treat others how you would want to be treated. No harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or nationality.
If someone is not interested, respect that and move on.
3. No sexual services
ThaiHalo is for dating, not paid services. Do not offer, request, arrange or advertise commercial sex, escorting, prostitution, or any paid sexual or companionship arrangement — directly, in code, or by moving to another app to arrange it.
Accounts used for this will be removed.
4. Keep it appropriate
No nudity or sexually explicit photos or messages. No unsolicited sexual content. Public profile photos should clearly show you and be suitable for a general audience.
5. Protect minors
Everyone on ThaiHalo must be 18 or older. Content that sexualises or endangers minors is never allowed and will be reported to the authorities.
6. No scams or spam
Do not ask members for money, gifts, bank or crypto transfers, or investment "opportunities". Do not send spam, advertising, links, or try to move people to other platforms to sell to them. Romance scams are taken very seriously.
7. No harmful or illegal content
No violence, weapons, drugs, self-harm content, or anything illegal under Thai law or your local law.
8. Report and block
If someone makes you uncomfortable or breaks these Guidelines, use the Report and Block tools on their profile. Reports are confidential. Blocking someone stops them from contacting or seeing you.
We review reports and take action, which can include warnings, feature limits, suspension, or a permanent ban.
9. Stay safe
Chat inside ThaiHalo until you feel comfortable. Meet for the first time in a public place, tell a friend where you are, arrange your own transport, and never send money to someone you have not met. Trust your instincts.
